Porcelain Capital Heritage

For a thousand years Jingdezhen was the source of imperial blue-and-white porcelain. The city's craft tradition still trains potters from all over the world.

Hakka Mountain Settlements

South Jiangxi is the heart of the Hakka migration corridor. Walled clan villages with central ancestral halls still organise rural life around lineage.

Taoist Birthplace

Longhushan is where Zhang Daoling founded the Way of the Celestial Masters in 142 AD — the original organisational form of Taoism, still practiced by his descendants today.

Wuyuan Huizhou Heritage

Although administratively in Jiangxi, Wuyuan was historically part of Huizhou — explaining its whitewashed walls, horse-head gables and ancestral hall culture.
